A rotating fresh-crop Latin selection.

Roasted medium

Our decaf offering is smooth and easy drinking with hints of nut and chocolate. We’re proud to share this rich decaf experience that won’t leave you wishing it was the good ol’ stuff.

While the origin rotates, our decaf offering is always water processed, and never uses any chemicals in the decaffeination process. This process also retains many of the oils (and therefore body and flavor) that are often lost in other decaffeination processes. 

We roast it medium in the classic style of a cast-iron drum roaster.

Orders will be roasted and shipped on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
Orders placed after 6:00 am will be roasted on next scheduled roast day.
