PRODUCTION ASSOCIATE

ZUMBAR Coffee & Tea is a fast-paced, quality focused café, run by a passionate and knowledgeable staff. We are seeking candidates for Production Associate.

Primarily focused on packaging, maintenance, and quality control, our Production Associates make a large contribution to the consistency and quality of our finished product.

Key Responsibilities:

• Package coffee beans for retail, online and wholesale orders

• Create invoices and shipping labels; ship and deliver coffees

• Manage payments and accounting records for wholesale and bulk coffee customers

• Communicate with online, bulk and wholesale customers according to protocol

• Monitor and stock retail bulk coffee shelves

• Monitor green coffee inventory; unload, stock and rotate green coffee shipments

• Maintain and clean coffee roasting equipment

• Maintain, clean and organize production areas

• Assist with Cold Brew Coffee preparation

• Assist with general café prep work

• Evaluate production roasts through cupping with Roaster

Qualifications:

• Previous coffee industry experience preferred
