Wilder Lazo began his journey into the world of coffee in 2017 when he helped his father on a farm in the San Adolfo mountains. Driven by his unshakeable passion for coffee and his family’s rich history in the trade, Wilder dove headfirst into the specialty coffee scene. One of his accomplishments has been to launch a new varietal program that now features over a dozen unique coffee varieties sourced from around the world. Highlighting his commitment to quality and experimentation, ZUMBAR's current Colombia Gesha offering demonstrates one of Wilder's innovative processing methods - the semi-washed anaerobic technique.
