Our newest coffee offering is from Finca Nueva Montaña farm, located in the mountains of Guatemala’s Santa Rosa department. This farm is managed by Antonio Medina Gonzales and Eby Arcely Samayoa Gonzales, a husband and wife team who have dedicated over 30 years to transforming what was once pasture into a thriving coffee farm. Their efforts have enabled them to produce high-scoring, natural-processed coffee.

Natural, or dry-processed coffee, involves sun-drying harvested coffee cherries for several weeks before the outer fruit layer is removed. The arid climate at Finca Nueva Montaña is ideal for this method. Through their meticulous care, the farm consistently produces natural-processed coffee that is heavy-bodied and intensely fruity.
